House Rules & Safe Use Notice

🐾🚫 No Pets

As much as we love pets, unfortunately, our condo complex has a strict no-pets policy, so we're unable to accommodate them during your stay.

🎉🚫 No Events/Parties

No parties allowed. Drug use and excessive drinking are prohibited.

🤫⏰ Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor spaces.

🚬❌ No Smoking/Vaping

Please note that smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the condo or on the lanai.

🏖️🧹 Beach Sand

Please help us keep our home clean by shaking out towels and brushing the sand off your feet and gear before coming inside.

👟🚫 No Shoes Indoors

We kindly ask that you observe the local custom of removing shoes at the door.

🍽️🤲 Food Handling

To help us keep the sofa and bedrooms clean and pest-free for all our guests, we kindly ask that you avoid having food in these areas.

🅿️📜 Parking Rules

Please park your vehicle in your designated spot, D304, and display a parking pass from the management office. Any additional vehicles should use a visitor parking spot.

🔧📝 Damage

Please report any damage or malfunction to us so we can repair the damaged item.

🕒🛎️ Check-out Time

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If the schedule allows, we offer half-day rates for late check-outs. Contact us during your stay for availability.

SAFE USE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK NOTICE FOR GUESTS’ USE OF AMENITIES

THERE ARE AMENITIES GUESTS MAY USE DURING THEIR STAY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

EACH GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT EACH OF THEM AND/OR EACH OF THEIR INVITEES THAT UTILIZE ANY AMENITIES DO SO SAFELY.  AMENITY USE BY MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED/SUPERVISED BY PARENTS/GUARDIANS

EACH GUEST WHO CHOOSES TO USE ANY OF THE AMENITIES DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK:

The risks and responsibilities of safely using the Property and any Amenities, including but not limited to the spa/pool, fitness/workout equipment, golfing, bicycling, barbecuing, cooking, beach use, ocean swimming, and related activities, rest solely and completely on each Guest, the Responsible Party, and/or each of their respective invitees that chooses to use the Property or any Amenities.

BY CHOOSING TO UTILIZE AN AMENITY, EACH GUEST ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

Pool/Spa Use, Bicycling, Beach, Ocean, and Other Activities: Pool/Spa use, barbecuing/cooking, bicycle riding, beach activities and/or ocean swimming, use of exercise equipment, and similar physical activities have certain inherent safety and health risks.

  1. Always check traffic, beach or ocean conditions with the local authorities prior to engaging in any activities.  Traffic, vehicles, weather, waves, currents, wind, ocean conditions, and dangerous sea creatures vary from area to area, day to day, season to season, and minute by minute.
  2. Never turn your back to the ocean and never swim alone.
  3. Pregnant users and those with heart or other health conditions should check with their physicians before using spas/pools/ exercise equipment, etc.
  4. Always obey all traffic rules and ensure safe use of bicycling equipment.  For safety, users should avoid taking bicycles on Highway.  
  5. Users should always wear a helmet and always lock up bicycles at all times when not in use.
  6. Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to equipment.  A portion (or all) of Guests’ security deposit(s) shall be retained  as necessary to cover the costs of repairs for such damages.  
  7. If damages exceed deposit amounts, Guests shall be billed by Management for the full amount of damages/losses caused during Guests’ rental period, including any reasonable attorney’s fees incurred. 

Neither the Owner nor the Manager make any provisions, protections, or promises regarding the safety of Guests, any of Guest’s invitees, or any occupants/invitees choosing to utilize any Amenities, particularly if they choose to golf, use the pool/spa, ride bicycles, enter or go near the beach, ocean, or any of the pools, or utilize any recreational facilities or equipment found/located in, on, or near the Property, including the Hilton Pools or amenities.
